Begin practicing immediately. A full video showing you how to do a sun salutation along with modifications so that you can practice wherever it's convenient for you. 

Audio Recordings for Sun Salutations A & B

The audio recording includes all 25 sun salutations. It slowly builds, beginning with modifications, allowing the body to warm up to the movement. You can choose to continue using those modifications or follow along to the audio recording, Gretchen will guild you through the remaining sun salutations. Remember, you get to choose how you'd like to show up on your mat each time.

Meet Gretchen, Your Guide to Mindful Movement

Hi, I'm Gretchen! I am dedicated to supporting you on your path to holistic well-being. With my expertise in yoga and mindfulness, I am excited to help you create a sustainable practice that nourishes both body and mind.  I opened my boutique yoga studio, Bee Yoga Fusion, in 2009 in Greenbelt, MD. I’m a certified Health and Life Coach accredited by the International Coach Federation, certified yoga instructor (E-RYT 500 HR), continued education provider for Yoga Alliance, Pilates instructor, and functional fitness personal trainer.
