Here’s How it Works…

The program takes 8 weeks to complete. But you can do this program at a pace that works for you. You will have lifetime access to the information in the program! So you’ll never fall behind, and you can repeat the entire program or just parts of it whenever you’d like.

Included during the 8 weeks are virtual group coaching meetings each week of the course. We will have two live virtual Q & As on Zoom, you can come to one or both! You can submit your questions beforehand for me to answer during the meeting or ask them live.

You can do the program from anywhere! All of the information for the course is in one place which you can access from any device; phone, computer, or tablet. You will receive a schedule overview which is like a road map for the 8 weeks so that you know where we are going every step of the way.

Hi! I'm Gretchen

I’m a certified Health and Life Coach accredited by the International Coach Federation, an E-RYT 500 HR certified yoga instructor, a certified Personal Trainer focusing on functional fitness, and the owner of Bee Yoga Fusion, a boutique yoga studio in Greenbelt, MD. I connect with my students on a personal level, teaching from a place of authenticity. You can often hear me sharing the knowledge that I’ve gained from overcoming my addiction to alcohol (9 years sober), parenting a child with special needs on the Autism Spectrum, or dealing with the diagnosis of having a rare breast tumor that resulted in a partial mastectomy. I also incorporate my love of the yoga principles within the coaching practice; non-harming, mindfulness, meditation, and self-care. I encourage clients to sit in the seat of observation within themselves to learn how to listen to that voice of truth that resides within.
