Coaching with Gretchen

I am aware that participation in a sport of physical exercises, such as yoga, may result in an accident or injury. I hereby assume the risk connected with the participation in any fitness or yoga class offered at/or virtually with Gretchen Schock or Bee Yoga Fusion. I affirm that I am in good health and suffer from no physical impairment that would limit my participation in such a fitness or yoga class. I acknowledge that Gretchen Schock and the instructors at Bee Yoga Fusion have not and will not render any medical services, including medical diagnosis of my physical condition. I choose to participate in the courses taught on Coaching with Gretchen website. I specifically agree that Gretchen Schock and Bee Yoga Fusion shall not be liable for any claim, demand, cause of action, or account of any kind whatsoever on account of personal injury, property damage, or loss of any kind resulting from, or related to, my use of the facilities or participation in any exercise, or activity within the Bee Yoga Fusion or Coaching with Gretchen program whether in person at the studio or virtually, and I agree to hold Gretchen Schock and Bee Yoga Fusion harmless from same.

I acknowledge that I have read the waiver and understand its contents; that I am at least eighteen (18) years old and fully competent to give my consent; I hereby release, waive, discharge Bee Yoga Fusion, LLC, and its independent contractors, and employees from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever, directly or indirectly arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death, that may be sustained by me related to COVID-19 while participating in any activity while in, on, or around the premises or while using the facilities that may lead to unintentional exposure or harm due to COVID-19. I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bee Yoga Fusion, LLC. from and against any and all costs, expenses, damages, lawsuits, and/or liabilities or claims arising whether directly or indirectly from or related to any and all claims made by or against any of the released party due to injury, loss, or death from or related to COVID-19. I have been sufficiently informed of the risks involved and give my voluntary consent in signing this Liability Release Waiver as my own free act and deed with full intention to be bound by the same and free from any inducement or representation. This waiver will remain effective until written and agreed upon by both parties.
